I have been a licensed PT for over 25 years; working with pelvic floor and pre and postnatal clients for roughly 20 of those years.  But I am also the mother of 2, a wife, and a (slowly) aging woman.  I believe that we each are in charge of our own healing journeys. But it never hurts to have a little help along the way.   That is what I feel I have to offer that is unique.  A one-on-one approach to therapy that is increasingly hard to find.
